If you have successfully submitted the application form, completed the payment, and your details have been received by our team, but before the application process has started, our representative contacts you to collect any remaining information and you decide not to continue with our services, you will be eligible for a 30% refund of the amount paid.

The remaining amount shall be retained towards administrative work, document review, customer support, and processing activities already performed.

3. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once for the same service and transaction, the additional duplicate payment will be refunded 100%, subject to verification.

In rare situations where Iso For Tender is unable to proceed with your requested service due to operational limitations or other valid reasons on our side, and the application process cannot be completed, we will process a 90% refund of the amount paid.

Any deduction shall cover payment gateway charges, banking charges, and administrative expenses already incurred.

If your requested consultancy service has been completed within the committed scope and timeline, no refund request shall be accepted.

Once the agreed consultancy services have been successfully delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of refund approval.

The actual time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending upon your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, or financial institution.
